Lol Yeah they are cheap too I just use a full manual Pentax f1.4 50mm prime, and shoot in full manual. However I use a Pentax function called catch in focus. It basically takes a shot as soon as the centre spot acquires focus, it seems to work very well so I haven't bothered saving up for a macro lens, it is a bit weird moving back and forth to get focus though haha
I actually did the same on my Macro shots, as my lens doesn't have an autofocus. When I got my D90 it was the first time I could use autofocus with that lens.
It was tough manoeuvring around the leaves to get a decent shot of this little guy
